As I look back on FRG’s path, the word that resonates with me most deeply is gratitude.
I am grateful for every person who has walked alongside us, and for every partner who has placed their trust in what we are building together. Each step of this journey has been made possible by the dedication, support, and belief of many people.
This belief has guided me through more than three decades of leadership and has become a cornerstone of FRG’s culture.
In moments of uncertainty and challenge, we choose to move forward with steady and thoughtful steps—doing what is right, even when the path ahead is not easy. We believe that small corrections, made with sincerity day after day, will ultimately guide us back in the right direction.
