Development of Drop-Stitch Inflatable Lifting Cushion Fabric

FRG has developed a Drop-Stitch inflatable lifting cushion fabric engineered with a high-strength Drop-Stitch construction. Thousands of high-tenacity connecting yarns precisely bond the upper and lower fabric layers, enabling the cushion to maintain a flat, rigid profile when inflated while providing excellent load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and uniform load distribution.

The fabric is coated with a high-performance rubber compound that significantly enhances abrasion resistance, tear strength, and airtightness. This robust construction meets the stringent durability, safety, and reliability requirements of demanding applications, including aircraft recovery operations and heavy-duty lifting systems.
