Founded in 1952 in Banqiao, New Taipei City, FRG has maintained a deep connection with the community where its journey began. As the New Banqiao Special District emerged as one of Taiwan's premier urban developments, FRG partnered with Continental Engineering Corporation to develop Bridge up to Zenith, a landmark residential project spanning approximately 12,000 ping (about 39,700 m²).
Designed with spacious residences ranging from 80 to over 100 ping, the project combines architectural excellence with exceptional living quality, establishing itself as an iconic landmark that reflects FRG's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation.
More than a decade after its completion, Bridge up to Zenith continues to be recognized as one of New Taipei City's premier luxury residential developments. Distinguished by its impressive scale, meticulous master planning, and outstanding architectural design, it remains one of the Construction Division's signature achievements and marks a significant milestone in FRG's successful expansion into real estate development.

Located in the prestigious New Banqiao Special District, Bridge up to Zenith brings together internationally renowned design expertise to create one of Taiwan's landmark luxury residences. The project was developed in collaboration with world-class consultants, including WATG, a global leader in hospitality design; SWA Group, an internationally acclaimed landscape architecture firm; and Yong Jun Engineering, responsible for the structural engineering.
Rising 37 stories with an advanced Steel-Reinforced Concrete (SC) structural system, the development became New Taipei City's first residential building to receive the Seismic Certification, demonstrating exceptional structural safety and engineering excellence.
Standing approximately 137 meters tall, the project enjoys an unparalleled location overlooking more than 10,000 ping of green open space. With an impressive 140-meter-wide frontage and 360-degree panoramic views, residents can fully appreciate the magnificent skyline of the New Banqiao Special District.
