- The project is set to become a defining new landmark along Kaohsiung’s riverfront, reshaping the skyline of the city center and ushering in a new era of metropolitan waterfront living.
Planned on an approximately 6,697-square-meter site, the project will feature two vertical mixed-use towers rising 48 and 55 stories, creating a striking new architectural landmark in Kaohsiung. The development will integrate premium residences, a luxury hotel, boutique retail spaces, and refined lifestyle amenities, forming a vibrant mixed-use urban destination.
