Marking FRG Group's first landmark development in Taichung, LE BELLA VITA was developed in collaboration with Continental Development in the prestigious 7th Redevelopment Zone, one of Taiwan's premier luxury residential districts.
Rising 33 stories, the building features a distinctive amber honeycomb-inspired façade, layered stone-like architectural forms, and elegant glass curtain walls. As natural light shifts throughout the day and across the seasons, the façade reveals an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow, giving the building a warm, jewel-like brilliance. Standing prominently along Calligraphy Greenway, LE BELLA VITA has become one of Taichung's most recognizable architectural landmarks.

LE BELLA VITA was master-planned by the renowned Antonio Citterio team of ACPV Architects, internationally recognized for designing the prestigious Bulgari Hotels. Inspired by authentic Italian living, the project embodies timeless elegance through meticulous architectural planning and refined craftsmanship.
Premium materials, including natural stone sourced from Verona, perforated titanium-bronze screens, and bespoke Lasvit crystal chandeliers, enrich every detail with sophistication and artistry. The interiors are further complemented by world-renowned Italian luxury brands such as B&B Italia, Boffi, and Poliform, creating a harmonious living environment that celebrates contemporary Italian design.
