「Modesty Home | New Banqiao Special District | 2013」
Another Signature Project by FRG Group
Following the remarkable success of Bridge up to Zenith in 2010, FRG once again joined forces with Continental Engineering Corporation to unveil Modesty Home, another landmark luxury residence developed on FRG's own prime site.
Designed in response to the market's demand for larger living spaces, the project features residences starting from 150 ping (approximately 495 m²), offering an exceptional blend of spaciousness, architectural elegance, and refined living.
Building on the prestige of its predecessor, Modesty Home was met with an extraordinary market response, achieving a complete sell-out only 37 days after its pre-sale debut. The project further strengthened FRG's position as a developer of premium residences and became another landmark achievement in the evolution of the New Banqiao Special District.
A New Landmark in the New Banqiao Special District
An Exclusive Luxury Residence Blending Art and Architecture
Designed by internationally acclaimed architectural firms PCPAJ and renowned Japanese architect Jun Mitsui, Modesty Home draws inspiration from the elegant form of bamboo. The architectural concept creates an exclusive one residence per floor layout, while the façade features vertically layered natural stone, expressing both rhythm and refinement.
