Bringing together a world-class team, the project features architectural design by Handel Architects of New York, visionary design collaboration with BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group of Denmark, and hospitality expertise from The Sydell Group, internationally recognized for developing and operating boutique luxury hotels. Together, they have created a distinctive mixed-use residential landmark that redefines San Francisco's urban skyline and contributes to the city's ongoing cultural renaissance.。
Residential × Hotel — A New Lifestyle Landmark in Downtown San Francisco
The San Francisco project adopts a mixed-use development model combining residential and hotel spaces. It comprises 242 SERIF residences, primarily designed as compact, highly functional urban homes, together with The LINE Hotel, featuring 236 guest rooms.
Rising 12 stories, the distinctive building brings together internationally acclaimed design expertise to create a contemporary urban landmark with a global outlook. Located in the heart of San Francisco, the development introduces a new lifestyle destination that blends refined hospitality, modern living, and a thoughtfully curated urban experience.
